Problems With Your Order

The team at SkinMed™ Australia work hard to ensure your orders are accurate, however on occasion incorrect items are sent out, items may be forgotten, or damage can occur in transit (leakages and breakages etc); when this occurs, we ask that you contact us immediately and within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can action the issue as soon as possible.

We have checks in place to ensure your order is correct, however if something is missing or incorrect items are received, please call 03 6128 3564 (option 1) or email so we can organise replacements and returns right away.

In the instance that items have leaked or been damaged, we may ask for evidence such as images or videos. Once we can assess the situation, we will work with you to provide the best outcome possible. This may include, product replacements, account credits and free of charge returns.
