Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product you receive is faulty or
incorrect/received in error, please notify us via info@skinmedaustralia.com.au or 03 6128 3564
(option 3), within 7 days, so we can organise a return and replacement or refund.

Please note that we do not refund for change of mind, lack of expertise for use of product.

Returned goods should be in original condition (or the condition it was received in). In the instance
that the product was received damaged or faulty, we may ask you to provide images/videos of the
fault/damage. If deemed appropriate we will either

a) send a replacement and include a return paid satchel for return of product/s, or
b) request you to post the product/s back to us for further inspection (depending on the evidence
provided this may be at your cost, however if deemed faulty by our team, you will be refunded the
shipping costs so we request that you provide the freight receipt).

Faulty items will undergo inspection and you will be contacted within 48 business hours with a
resolution.

Our returns policy only covers items purchased directly from skinmedaustralia.com.au or direct
through our office; we will not accept items purchased from one of our stockists or any third parties.
We suggest that you contact the supplier direct in this instance.

If the product/s received is not what was ordered, please do not attempt to open, or use it in any
way. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by you of the product/s
as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered, and no further claim can be raised
thereafter.

If you are granted a refund, we will refund the price paid by you for the goods (exclusive of the initial
delivery charge) within thirty (30) days of receiving your original notification that you would like to
return the goods.

Refunds will only be made to the original credit card or PayPal account used for purchase.

Please note, if you request a refund and not a replacement, we cannot accept returned goods that
we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will
be available, and you will be responsible for arranging redelivery within 14 days.

There will be no credit given on order price difference, due to price drops or promotions.
