Is it normal for the client to feel heat?
Yes, typically a client will feel a low level of heat during a treatment; this should be minimal however and if the client feels any discomfort, turn down the energy setting.
The client may also feel heat in the treated area for up to 12 hours after a treatment.

Multi-Polar RF (FaceShape™)
Multipolar RF is essentially electrical energy, which is converted to heat energy when penetrating the skin and fatty tissue. The RF penetrates the skin layers to a predetermined depth in order to selectively heat the target area. The FaceShape™ utilizes multi-polar radio frequency technology.
Bi-Polar RF
